Our Team

Chris Moore Manager

Chris joined the company on a full time basis in 1990 after completion of his Bachelor’s of Arts degree at Memorial University. Chris is the managing director of the company. He liaises with clients and other businesses to provide top quality service to all of our clients.

Renee Bursell Controller

Renee joined the company in 2000 and forms an integral part of the management team. She is responsible for executing all of the company’s internal and external reporting. Renee has completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Memorial University.

MICHELLE DROVER Property Administrator

Michelle is one of the new members of our team. She joined the company in January of 2010.  Michelle ensures customer concerns are our top priority. She also maintains the Accounts Receivable and Collections. Michelle is a graduate of Keyin College with a Diploma in Office Administration.

SHAWN tUCKER  Maintenance

Shawn is the newest member of our maintenace team. He joined the company in March 2012. He works with Bill and Ken to ensure that any tenant concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

 Ken Piercey Maintenance Foreman

Ken joined the company in 1988. He is probably the most familiar face of the whole company and an expert in the maintenance of our buildings. He often knows the solution to the problem before it is explained to him. He handles all the daily maintenance tasks and manages all our renovations and new construction.

Bill Kelly Maintenance

Bill joined the company in 2003. He works with Ken to make sure that the clients remain happy and comfortable in their home away from home.
